Whole-home rent and sharing examples
The entire home is $3,300 per 30 days, plus a $250 one-time setup fee. Sharing examples divide that base rent; bedrooms are not rented separately.

What is included, and what to budget for
- Utilities and wifi
- Water, gas and wifi are included. Electricity is included up to $250 per month; usage above that allowance is extra.
- Kitchen and laundry
- Full kitchen with cookware and dishes, linens and towels, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.
- Parking at home
- Private two-car garage with a level 2 EV charger. Plan separately for parking or staff shuttles at your hospital.
- One-time setup
- $250 for the move-in deep clean and fresh linen. No security deposit is currently collected.
- Pets
- Up to 2 pets at $75 each per stay, subject to house rules. Service animals are welcome without a pet fee. Tell us about pets so the full cost is confirmed.
- Other costs
- Streaming subscriptions and mid-stay cleaning are not included. Applicable tax and any separately agreed charges must be confirmed with your dates.

A bedroom for each colleague, with daylight sleep in mind
Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and blackout curtains. There are three full bathrooms and a half bath, with a shared kitchen and living area. The bedroom photos below show the actual rooms.
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Those rules do not guarantee silence during the day: this is a residential townhome, and neighborhood, traffic or maintenance noise can occur. If you work nights, ask us about your sleep schedule before committing.
The home has stairs and a rooftop terrace. Review the layout for everyone traveling with you, especially children or anyone with mobility needs.
Dates, availability and assignment changes
Choose your arrival and departure dates in the inquiry form and include your campus and group size. Calendar availability can change; an inquiry is not a confirmed booking. We check the dates before agreeing to a stay.
If your assignment is not signed yet, request a free 7-day hold in the form. Available dates can be held without a card while the assignment is confirmed; a hold expires if it is not continued through the booking process.
Tell us promptly if your start date moves or your assignment extends. Changes and extensions depend on availability and written agreement. The home is not automatically held beyond your agreed checkout date.
Monthly cancellation, early-departure and payment terms are confirmed in your written agreement before you commit. Ask us to review those terms if your assignment could be shortened or canceled.

- Can two or three travel nurses share the home?
- Yes. Two or three colleagues can take the entire three-bedroom home under one agreement. The base rent is $3,300 per 30 days for the whole home, plus setup and any applicable additional charges. We do not rent individual rooms or find roommates.
- Can I stay with my family for a Levine Children’s Hospital assignment?
- Yes, families can inquire about the whole home. There are three queen bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry. Confirm all occupants and review the stairs and rooftop layout with us. Use the Levine Children’s campus address above to plan your drive.
- Is the home within walking distance of Atrium Health?
- Plan to drive or arrange transportation to your assigned hospital. The five-minute walking claim is to Woodlawn light-rail station, not to a hospital. The Blue Line serves South End and Uptown; it is not a direct ride to each Atrium campus.
- Can you hold dates while my assignment is being confirmed?
- Request a free 7-day hold in the inquiry form. It depends on available dates, requires no card, and expires if you do not proceed. An ordinary inquiry does not reserve the home.
- What happens if my assignment changes or ends early?
- Contact the owners as soon as you know. Date changes and extensions depend on the calendar and a written agreement; there is no automatic hold after checkout. Review cancellation and early-departure terms in your monthly agreement before committing.
- Are pets allowed during a 13-week stay?
- Up to 2 pets are welcome for $75 each per stay under the house rules. Service animals are welcome without a pet fee. Include your pets in the inquiry so we can confirm the full charges.
