- Do you work with housing stipends?
- Yes. We provide an itemized invoice and a signed agreement for your agency or employer, and we can bill monthly to line up with how a stipend pays out.
- Can my contract dates move?
- Tell us as soon as you know. Date changes depend on calendar availability and a written agreement. Review the cancellation and change terms before you commit.
- Is it really tax free?
- For stays of 90 continuous days or more, North Carolina charges no sales or occupancy tax on the rental. A 13-week contract qualifies. Stays between 30 and 89 days are still taxed, and the quote shows exactly which side of the line you are on.
- Can two of us split it?
- Yes. Two or three colleagues can share the entire three-bedroom home under one agreement, with adult occupants named. We do not let rooms separately or match roommates.
- What happens if my contract extends?
- Contact us as soon as an extension is possible. Extra dates depend on availability and written agreement; there is no automatic hold beyond your agreed checkout date.
- Can you hold dates before my contract is signed?
- Request a free seven-day hold in the inquiry form. A hold depends on the dates being available, requires no card, and expires if you do not proceed. An ordinary inquiry does not reserve the home.
- Are pets allowed?
- Up to 2, at $75 each per stay under the house rules. Include pets in your inquiry so we can confirm the full charges. Service animals are welcome without a pet fee.
- What if I need to leave early?
- Tell us promptly, and review the notice, cancellation and early-departure terms in your written monthly agreement. Those terms are confirmed before you commit; no security deposit is currently collected.
